Yesterday I attended the Austin Woods & Waters Club, Wild Game Cook-Off in Georgetown, Texas at the livestock show barn in the park. I ate venison, elk, bear, hog, pheasant, dove, duck, quail, redfish, white bass, alligator gar (that’s right) alligator gar, and some other stuff that I don’t remember. It was hot and sometimes the food was hotter. Fun was had by all and a great time of stories, lies and laughs. See ya next year!
